A health ambassador will handle all the details, whether you need help making an appointment with a specialist, scheduling a test or preparing for surgery and/or an inpatient stay at Tampa General Hospital. Meet Your Health Ambassador
When envisioning who would lead this program, we knew certain qualities of the individual, such as patience, empathy and servitude, had to come naturally. Lynn Stockford, RN, BSN, has all of these endearing traits and more. As an integral part of our Tampa General team in the Palm Beaches, Lynn will connect you with local Tampa General Hospital physicians and services. Should complex care be required at Tampa General, Lynn along with Stephanie Fiano will help by:
- Facilitating surgery and consult appointments
- Coordinating medical services such as labs and imaging
- Supporting hospital-to-hospital transfers
- Assisting with hotel and other travel arrangements
- Collaborating with the assigned medical team before, during and post-care, providing you with status updates
