You've had to put a lot on hold, your health shouldn't be one of them.
As the COVID-19 situation evolves, the health and safety of our patients and team members is our top priority. We've implemented a number of new protocols and services to ensure the safety of everyone.
What to do if you have COVID-19 symptoms
If you think you have COVID-19 related symptoms like cough, fever, chills, shortness of breath, change of taste/smell, sore throat, or headache, please call your TGMG provider's office so we can assess you over the phone and direct you to testing or schedule an appointment.
How we're keeping all TGMG patients and team members safe
New Telehealth Services
Option for Curbside Check-In
If you feel more comfortable waiting for your appointment in your car, call your TGMG provider's office when you arrive and the team will check you in over the phone. Please note this may take some additional time than usual as we assist other patients in the office. You may also go into the clinic where you will be screened at the door and can sit in the waiting room (following social distancing guidelines) or return to your car if you prefer.
Team Member and Patient Screenings for COVID-19 Symptoms
All TGMG team members and patients are screened for COVID-19 symptoms; we check their temperatures, and they are required to practice hand hygiene before entering the clinic. We are also practicing social distancing when possible and all non-essential team members are working from home.
Masks and Face Coverings
All TGMG team members are wearing a face mask at all times. All patients are encouraged to wear a face mask or face covering to their appointment. If you arrive for your appointment and do not have a mask or face covering, one will be provided by the TGMG office and should be worn while you are inside the office.
Support Person Restrictions
For the safety of all patients and team members, family members should remain at home or in the car until your visit is complete. Minor children should not be brought to parental/adult patient visits. The waiting room is limited to patients only with social distancing maintained.
All patients under the age of 18 should be accompanied by ONE parent/guardian.
If a patient is physically or mentally incapacitated, they may be accompanied by ONE adult.
